As an exclusive new neighbourhood where around 19,000 people live and work, Parkstadt combines a high quality of life with a prime location. It is no coincidence that companies such as Microsoft, OSRAM and Fujitsu are also based here alongside well-known hotels. eyrise is installed on a part of the project. It is clearly visible how clean this part of the facade is compared to parts with mechanical blinds, which need more components and space.
